“Big Data Analytics and Deep Learning”

Storage and processing of the massive amount of digital data, generated via different mediums, is of increasing concern in the current scenario. Digital data comprise hidden patterns and facilitates proactive actions as well as right decision-making. Henceforth, big data and analytics is one of the vital requisite for the organizations having thrust for growth and success in today’s fast changing business world. The objective of the five-day workshop “Big Data and Analytics” is to highlight different aspects of big data and analytics through hand-on sessions.

Bennett University concentrates on research and entrepreneurship. Apart from its focus on teaching, we are collaborating with Georgia Institute of Technology and edx.org to fulfill the requirements. In addition, we have a team of experienced faculty and staff from reputed IIT’s, NIT’s, foreign universities and IT industries. We have state of the art research infrastructure including NVIDIA supercomputing and Artificial Intelligence lab, Dell-EMC Data Analytics Lab, Apple iMac Design lab, Gaming and Animation Lab.

Dr. Deepak Garg

Prof Deepak is currently working as Professor and Head in Computer Science and Engineering Department, Bennett University, Greater Noida and previously Professor and Head with Thapar University, Patiala and having 16 years rich cross-functional experience in continuously delivering in the capacity of teacher and researcher. Dr. K.K. Biswas

Prof K.K. Biswas is currently a Professor in Computer Science and Engineering Department, Bennett University. He pursued his B.Tech from IIT Madras followed by M.Tech and PhD from IIT Delhi. His has around 37 years of academic experience at IIT Delhi. He has also held visiting positions at University of Auckland, New Zealand, and Central University of Florida, USA. He has been collaborating with University of Oxford and University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Rishav Singh

Dr. Rishav Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering Department, Bennett University. He completed his PhD from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad, in 2017 and has an extensive IT experience of 6 years (Infosys Limited). He has conducted numerous number of corporate training in niche technologies. In research, his interest areas are Big Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, Dep Learning, Biometrics and Image Processing.
